They returned my glasses in same broken condition and said replacement parts were no longer available after I called them. After I called them they sent email offering new glasses at a paltry discount ($25 on a $495 pair of glasses). At best they goofed up majorly and although they refunded the cost of glasses repair they still charged for mailing broken glasses back. GLAD to be shed of them. Will never do this again.
