I seen an ad for some skin cream stuff online. Said it was a risk free sample trial for 4.95. Filled out a simple small form for it, it didn't say anything else about future charges, unless in fine print under a small link somewhere I didn't see. Had a charge show up for 124.99 (or 129?) On my credit statement. Didn't leave a number and I didn't recognize the company, so I called my card to dispute the charge. They were able to Google search a terms thing for the company (i didn't know who they were when I paid for the 'sample'). My bank advised me to call the company and gave me their number. I call them, and the first girl was kind of snippy. I was trying to be nice and explain I didn't want their crap, I didn't even get what I thought I had ordered in the first place, and I wanted cancelled out and my money back. She then told me there would be a 195 cancel charge, to which I got angry about. I argued with her on that for a sec - still being nice - and she agreed to waive it. Before I could really say anything else, she thanks me for my business and hangs up on me as I'm still talking.

Ticked off now, I call back and demand a manager. The second girl tells me there is no manager. I then ask for whoever is in charge of HER, and she refuses. This whole time, she is being kind of snotty and talking over me. I was not yelling or being rude. She informs me she is authorized to do refunds, so I go back through everything. She informs me my 'sample' is actually a full sized product and the 120-whatever is the cost. The 4.95 was just to try it. So I explain on top of not seeing anything about that and everything else, it wasn't even what I thought I was getting at all, I hadn't used it, don't want it and can ship it right back to her, but I want my money back. At this point, my voice is raising, because she's talking over me, being short, etc. Finally she tells me she can refund me 30%. Um, no. I want all my money. We argue about this for another few minutes and she tells me, 'l can tell you're frustrated, so I'll refund 50%. But that's the best I can do.'

If this company was legit at all and their products weren't crap, they wouldn't be sneaky about what they do and then have such crappy customer service without being more willing to take care of their customers. Worse experience ever. I want all my money back from these deceitful clowns and want to see them shut down. I'm a quiet, nice person, but dealing with these asshats made me yell, shake in anger, and vow to spread the word on the fact they are out to take your money, no matter the method. Makes me sick. Scam artists.
