On March 26th, 2014 I placed an order for a free trial of Cellogica skin care products. I only had to pay shipping and handling. [$2.95]

I received the trial package, did not like the product [it caused me to break out] and set out to try and cancel, [so I would NOT get charged.]

I contacted them through the phone number that was listed on my bank records. [There was no valid email address or contact information on their website, that would enable me to cancel online.]

At that time, I cancelled my order and all future associations with this company.

During the interim, I had given my card info to a close friend so she could also try their free trial. [This was BEFORE it presented itself as a problem.]

I have received [and continue to receive] several emails telling me that they have made ‘numerous attempts’ at withdrawing the $129.95, but they said they had been unsuccessful.

This amount was taken out of my account on April 9, 2014.

I contacted them by phone, to ensure that they had, indeed, received their funds, [and hoping to stop any more money being taken from my account]. This time, they found my account, but they said their records still showed non-payment for keeping the trial sample. [$129.95]

This company has no valid email address available, nor is there a ‘Contact us’ option on their website.

In making many attempts, to discuss the account with one of their representatives, they say they have no record of me, and that they cannot find that to which I am referring.

They are an underhanded, shady company, which relies on semantics and unethical means [and business tactics] in order to profit.

Now, as of June 9th, 2014, I have been charged a recurring order fee of $132.90. I am unclear as to which order[s] the second and third charges are for – mine or my friend’s. [Because, we both used the same credit card.]

The point is, that I do NOT want any more money taken out of my account!

After the most recent charge, [when I last, unsuccessfully, attempted to contact them via telephone, to straighten this out], once again, they could not locate the order[s] in question.

I need your help!

I filled out a claim on your website, but somehow, it didn’t get through, because I received no acknowledgement from you about filing it.

I have worked with you folks, before, and had the paid membership until my claim was dissolved. [An impasse was reached, with no resolution.]

However, I was pleased with your site’s attention to detail, and the handling of my situation [despite the turnout]. I am looking forward to working with you, to fix this problem, together.

Thank you in advance, for your assistance in this matter.

All the Best,

Cheree
