I was called by Quick Support and told that my computer no longer had geek support. I ask what their cost would be and was told $249.99 and agreed to pay for a year of support. Quick Support installed their program and cleaned the computer, supposedly. Later when I went back to use the computer no program had been installed or had the computer cleaned. I googled the company and found this number: 1-800-951-4573.
When I called this number I was told that I had dialed the wrong number. So it looks like I have lost $249.99 and have to pay my visa bill.
