I would like to know why this transaction took place. I have not received any product for many months, in fact I was supposed to receive a jar which cost about 90.00 but it never arrived at the above address. That was about the middle of 2015. Please look into this and let me know immediately what is going on.
Also I don't think your product lives up to the claims.
