I ordered a sample ok to try. When I received this it was not a sample but a whole pk of products which I didn't ask for. I didn't open or use them but made s phone call to the centre. I told them I will be returning them and want no further contact. They agreed and I thought that was it. I have now received on my statement I owe them money. I don't even have anything I posted all back. I don't have their details anymore so where is this going to stop? What can I do! This is a scam they have your details and keep charging!!!
