Dealt with the office in Highland CA, which come to be was full of dishonest people. Threatened the police over false allegations when I demanded a title for the car I bought so that I could register it. My girlfriend heard the whole conversation and they actually told her that I threatened to "beat up" their staff. Received a threatening email. No smog- not sure how this is legally "CALIFORNIA COMPLIANT" like they claim when it is the responsibility of the seller to provide. Title problems were not explained whatsoever in the office when we stated numerous times we would be registering in NV. They said they wouldn't register in CA either because of the costs involved! They should have a clear "NO TITLE" in description. Mileage false as odometer I found out was not working. They stated they would be looking into getting us a title only to turn around and say something completely different a couple days later. Back DMV fees due on the registration in CA. Basically sold a car that I could not register or legally drive with little help. After leaving them negative on ebay, the Fraudulently claimed I did not pay for the item (ebay couldn't verify cause it was paid in cash) and got the feedback removed. I was recently in a car accident and needed a vehicle to drive around in a rural area and get my kids to school! Have been dealing with this nonsense for over a week to no avail! They do not care about people at all.
