There website says I have $0 balance, but yet they continue to charge late fees when I didn't pay. I should have double checked website information, but everything I do I put on autopay and I assumed when I see $0 balance then bill that I got in mail must have been paid. I then got another bill with late fees, so I called. They are rude and unwilling to own their own mistake. My account online still says $0 balance, but I just wanted late fees waived. They were unwilling. They should have a website that reflects accurate information!!
