i already had Norton on my PC and things were fine. In Aug. 2015 I agreed to have a one year protection deal from SACH. No problems. March 9th 2016 I get a warning call indicating all sorts of mischief, infections and foreign usage on my PC. They sowed me all sorts of activity 'on my PC' and the sales rep wanted me to sign up for long term, more expensive anti-virus protection. I told them I wasn't paying for something that i already had, I get passed to 'Lisa' who gives me all sorts of malarkey and passed me back to the first guy who jabbered away with more threats about my PC crashing etc. I hung up after claiming that they might be playing with my system. I decided to check into these clowns and no phone number on their web site. Everyone I have spoke with is Indian and yet they have phony American names, that should have raised the alert antenna. I was taken for $250.00. I have a claim in with the BBB and am in the process on contacting San Jose officials to see if hey can investigate these brigands. Beware, fraud and tricks from these folks. Pass the word.
