I ordered a 14 day free trial (paid $9.75 S&H) then before I had tried product 5 days I tried calling to make sure I wouldn't receive any more but would be on hold for 3/5 minutes then get cut off. tried for three days at different times but always the same till yesterday morning at 7am received an email with charge for $169.25 (for not calling within 14 days OF ORDERING PRODUCT....not trying the product THEN calling within 14 days. I contacted credit card company and disputed charges. At noon I called customer service again and within a minute was connected and spent a good 20 minutes complaining about tactics but Miriam argued right back about how I should have called within 14 days of ordering to avoid the charges. Anyway credit card company has info and we'll see what happens. I think it's a scam since NOONE mentions that you have to call within 14 days "of ordering product" it's not fair.
