I was contacted by a seller on eBay to purchase a quad with the buy it now buyer protection plan .I followed the instructions from the eBay checkout which told me the sellers requirements was to get three eBay card's with 500 each and fill in information to complete eBay purchase and verification would follow with delivery date and time I have all emails to and from sellers, eBay I have not received anything from seller
