In November 2015 I was in the company of Dalian Zhonggang Chemical Products, Ltd., Co. ordered 18 t LDPE granules. At the request of the supplier I have paid the full amount before boarding the container. After opening the container 02/02/2016 I discovered that the !!!sand!!! was delivered in bags .
