I ordered Regenere facelift complex through the internet because it was supposed to be a free trial order and all I had to pay was 4.99 for the shipping. I received it February 22, 2016 with a packing slip and billed $0.00. When I received my Visa statement February 9, 2016 there was a charge for for 4.99 and another charge for 89.92 to Newance.com. I called customer service at 877-286-0845 and talked with "Roxanne" who told me that since I didn't call them within 2 weeks to cancel ordering and was charged 89.92 and that they were getting ready to bill me 89.92 for another order. I told her that there wasn't anything that said to call within two weeks on the internet. She kept saying that she could give me a deal of 50% off on my next order and I told her I don't want to order any more and I don't think I should be charged 89.92. She said she would take off 50% from my original order and stop the auto ordering. I don't know as of this day if she took 50% off.
