I was looking for my state's site to register vehicles and thought this was the site, so I put my info in thinking I was renewing my registration. I thought I had caught it before "purchasing," because there was no button that said "purchase." There was also nothing that I saw that said it was auto reoccurring. Which it is. I have contacted my credit card company twice now because of it automatically, without notice charging my card. Luckily I have multiple software programs that track my cards' transactions and I was able to catch it, but now I the site does not work, and there's no one to get in touch with.
