In 10 years in direct marketing,I've never seen such a bait and switch scam like this targeting poor southern black people offering $100 in "rewards" for $4.99 s&h.After capturing the credit card #,the client is then told they would be charged $89.99 monthly for a jar of face cream each month. They really put the "Dupe" in Dupucel.
