Kimberly called me first, probably not her real name anyway. She went through the same nonsense as the other complaints. I asked her point blank if she was trying to sell me their services and she said no, which I knew was a lie. I had some time to kill so I figured I would have a little fun. While I was talking to her I was looking up complaints about them and actually told her I was doing it. She was a little perplexed at first and asked me why I was doing that but she kept on going anyway. I even told her I didn't trust her and the company but that didn't bother her at all. She asked me to fax or email her a copy of our latest statement. I whited- out all the company and merchant information and emailed it to her just for fun. Her supervisor left me a voice mail the next day but I didn't return her call, I figured I would make her wait. She called again the next day and this time I answered. I let her go through her little presentation about how much we could save and all that crap. I asked her again if she was selling their services and this time she said yes. Even though I knew they were lying the whole time I told her I didn't appreciate being lied to and told her to get me off her calling list. Actually I kind of hope they call again so I can rip them a new ***hole.
