My company is in Texas. We got a call from these people on Saturday; our busiest day. We called back on Tuesday and talked to a woman who convinced us she was an employee of our present credit card processing company and that our account had been red flagged. She assured us she could reduce our rates. We provided the requested information and even provided banking information. Later another person called us requesting email and SS#. We asked again if this company was in fact our current CC processor; we again were told yes. Then we received a lease contract for new equipment. Finally the light went on !! These folks are the real phony deal.
Be warned and be careful. We had to close our bank account and order new checks.
