I did not have cash, but needed to make a call, so I had to use my debit card. I saw on the pay phone that it was supposed to be 4 min. for a $1, which would have been plenty of time for the ONE PHONE CALL I needed to make. I followed all instructions, but it wouldn't allow me to put in my card information, so I had to get operator assistance. He asked me for my card information, and the cab company I needed to call... literally I was on the phone LESS than 1 minute, but was charged $20 FREAKING DOLLARS!!!!!!! That is criminal!!! I did email the company demanding compensation, because I was overcharged, and I have yet to get a response or my money back. Next I will be calling my bank to get my money back! Ridiculous!!
