I used a payphone in the OKA National Park to leave a message to my daughter's cell to let her know I had just arrived. I believed, as it had always been the case in Canada, that the cabin was under the control of Bell Canada. I only had my credit card and the message left was less that 30 seconds. I received a charge to my credit card for $14.22. I was completely stunned. I disputed this charge with the credit card company and was told that they cannot do anything. I just have to pay. This company should definitely be investigated for fraud and shut down. This is outrageous that a scam of that sort be tolerated.
