I filed a complaint against this company. I want to retract it because I believe that their site was compromised by maleware, a hacker, I don't know. The site seemed to be funtioning well the day I ordered,and that next day I was able to send a message from their site, but when I came back to find out what was going on because I was being overcharged by a couple of dollars, none of the buttons were working to send a message to customer service, do a return, nothing. What I finally received yesterday was not exactly what I ordered. Of a truth the order was messed up, and apparently was meant for someone else. Suffice it to say I am trying to still figure it out with my bank and the company, though this company doesn't answer calls during business hours, or even after, and doesn't empty their message box,so you can't leave a message, so it makes them look guilty as hell, especially to a new customer, and that would be me. When a company puts a customer service number on a site, and you call it during business hours and they never answer or call back it throws up a red flag. If they had answered their phone then I would have never written any complaint because we could have worked it out before all the confusion and damage had been done. I feel bad that I posted before it dawning on me that there may have been a problem with maleware on the site.
