My complaint is against hardbuzzspice.com Their phone number is (786) 459-5893, which is a Fla. number, but they ship from California. They charged me $2.07 more than the checkout price, and the product has no fragrance whatsoever, it is not a potent smelling potpourri, and in fact has little or no fragrance at all that I can detect. It is herbs, looks like mullien and coltsfoot mix. I have medicinal herbs already I purchased on Ebay for half the price, and I'm talking several ounces of 5 different herbs, so what would I want with this bogus incense? I wanted strong smelling and fragrant incense, but this is neither strong smelling, or even incense. I am $58.07 out of pocket, they don't return calls, and none of the buttons for returning or contacting them even work. I get daemon messages from their customer service email address. They are liars and scammers. They may have burned me once but never again. They are very shortsighted business people. They have put a halt to any further income in the future for themselves because they are stupid and dishonest in their representation of the product. Shame on Bogo at hardbuzzspice.com I'm calling my lawyer on Monday to take legal action. I am filing a claim with my bank. Don't be fooled by these scammers. How was I to know? I wish I had checked for reviews before purchasing. I pray they lose 10 times the amount they scammed from me, and 10 times the amount for everyone they have scammed. This website needs to be shut down.
