Thinking that I was using the USPS website to change my address only to find out that this company charges $39.95 to do the same thing that you can do for a dollar at the post office. They promise a full refund with no questions asked if you are not satisfied with their service. I noticed that I had made a mistake and requested a cancellation of their service and a refund within 5 minutes of placing the order. I requested it again twice since then and have heard not response.
