Hello,
I went online to forward my mail that has been going to my old address. I googled "how to forward mail". This website was the first to come up. I clicked it and followed the instructions. It was EXTREMELY misleading because it did mention a $1.05 charge to verify identify which was in the USPS FAQ about changing. I was okay with that. However, once I clicked submit I checked my accoutn and they took otu $39.95- apparently this is a one time fee that they charge. COMPLETE scam. This is a private company that just passes the info you give them to USPS but charges a $40 premium to do it.
Once the charge posts in my account, I will be disputing it with my bank. I went on the actual website through USPS and didn't have any problems. What's funny is that their website looks VERY similar to that of USPS, something else that is misleading
Now I am concerned that they have my credit card info.
