I was notified by a warning screen that I could not exit out of that I had a security breach on my computer and to call 1-855-306-0512 immediately. I was connected with tech "Tej" who informed me he needed access to my computer to install security features that would protect my computer and improve it's speed. they talked me into paying for their "services" and I gave them a credit card number that was processed through "KPI Business Solutions" Now they are contacting me to say they can no longer provide computer support services and they need to remove the software from my computer and they will refund my money. Now I am scared to have any dealings with them. I am at a loss of what to do.............
