From 1/29/16 to 7/15/16 this company, and/or one of it's affiliates or former employees, charged me for a Microsoft Security License, security through their server, an a Cisco Security License. They showed me the problems on my computer, as far as potential hacking and use of my I.P. address; also they said I had a Trojan Horse. Not knowing anything about computers I trusted them, boy was that a mistake. They promised to e-mail copies of the Microsoft and Cisco license certificates but never did. Every two months they would call and detect a problem and take me for $500 to fix it and say "You'll never have to spend anymore money, you're now completely secure." Got another phone call today from them saying, "Someone's trying to hack into your computer, give us access to check your computer". When I questioned them about all the money I had paid them for network security, they said they had no record that I had purchased these products, even though they spoke about them before. Even though I have e-mail receipts and ticket numbers, they still deny it. Another thing, within a day or two I get a follow-up call, thinking it's from them, but it's from another scam company. When I addressed this with them they said they would look into it but never did. I believe they have lied to me about the software I purchased, an are still trying me to purchase more. Do not deal with these people, they make it look like they are legitimate when they are really scam artists.
