My brother in law took his ebike to them to have it fixed on June 9 and put $100 down to start the repair process. Unfortunately he passed away and my husband picked up the bike on July 30 only to find out none of the process had been started or even parts ordered! He paid the balance owing on the parts and labour on the word that when the parts came in they would ship them out us in Saskatchewan! It is now 3 months later and we have not seen any parts nor our money back! We got the Better Business Bureau involved as they would not answer our phone calls or return messages left or reply to emails and now they have even stopped talking to the BBB! They kept stalling saying the parts were coming from China when we found a dealer in Vancouver who carries what we needed and if most certainly does not take 3 months to get things shipped from China! I order things from there often and most it took was 1 month! Last writing I had to them was stating I want a refund for my parts that I paid for and did not get plus tax PLUS the money I paid for labour and install since they installed ZILCH for $220.82 Canadian!!!!!!!!! THese people are rip off artists and scammers and need to be stopped!
