My wife bought an atv for our son from sinclairs.a 250 cc quad. We live on vancouver is
And so we had them ship it to us. When the quad arrived at our home it came in a steel crate.the quad was not fully put together.tires were off gas tank handle bars,fenders ,battery and other misc stuff.we were never told we would have to build the quad and put it together. Also there was no instructions on how to put the quad together.when I phoned sinclairs Tammy sinclair said they sold thousands of these quads and I was the first person ever to complain about it not being built and with no instructions.so after many many phone calls to these nasty pricks Tammy sinclair said they would pick up the quad on vancouver island and bring it back to ther shop and put the quad together for us.so we waited for the trucking company to get the quad, but they never showed. So after three weeks of back and fourth between me and Tammy sinclair nothing happened. She kept saying the truck will be there the next day to get quad, never came.i don't think these bitches at sinclairs ever intended to pick it up.anyways to make a long story short we still have the quad in the garage in pieces.so when I threatened to take her to court she called me back saying they will give us a full refund .but she wanted the quad first before we ll get our refund. She said she doesn't trust us, that we might wreck the quad.so I said no full refund of 2346.00$ first . Tammy said no. The bottom line is do not deal with these people they are scammers in a big way, and there the most rude bitches you'll ever deal with Stay Clear of sinclairs motorsports!
