I provided a date because I had to, but really this has been an ongoing problem for over a month and a half. I have had a membership at Youfit for about two years and never really had any complaints until my recent YouCoach training. I haven't had a really good experience with it and while I could go into detail about it, I rather not. My actual bigger concern is that I have tried to cancel my training at not only the Hammocks, but also the Crossings gym to no avail. The Crossings has shown more interest in trying to help me (particularly their manager Roxy), but what bothers me is I haven't been able to speak to anyone in corporate. I work at a grocery store. If someone is disappointed with a bag a grapes they bought, they have a human being to speak to at the corporate level and that's an item that costs $10, tops! I have invested a lot more money in this gym and no one at the corporate level has the time of day for me? Roxy has been kind enough to send emails and I have sent emails, but no response. Is this how you treat your clients? I only bring up the corporate level because apparently at gym level I can receive no help. I need someone with more authority to cancel my training. I signed a contract, I understand, but if the gym is not fulfilling their part of the deal then that contract is null and void. I would like to speak to someone with some authority in this matter. Is that possible?
