Took control of my computer, until I paid for their services. When tried for refund, they tried to charge my account again for greater amount. My CC company caught them in the act. I told them to never call here again, and to date have received about 100 calls from them. I never got my refund. My phone company stepped in today and blocked the phone number, but they also use other lines that come across as private.
