I*called an 800 # for Sam's Technical Support that was on the box for my new computer. My call was transferred 3 times and without my knowledge, I was now talking with someone from Geeks technical service. They told me I had a Trojan on my brand new computer that was just set up that same day. The Technician said that for $399.99 he would download special anti-virus/Trojan software to remove the Trojan and also provide 24/7 monitoring of my computer for a lifetime. When I checked my computer, I discovered that he never put the software on my computer. I started having problems with the computer and took it to Best Buy where they told me that the software they sold me is actually available online for free download. They also told me that this company has a history of scamming seniors.
