I had ordered a Swarovski watch online from Curryvilla.com.au on 29/08/2015 . I received a mail with order number and was informed that the order will be delivered in 6-7 working days. I have still not received the order and there is no way I can track it. The company has withdrawn money from from my account and the company name is not specified.
There is no phone number or address on website for Australia, I mailed the company many times regarding the delivery or order or possible refund but did not receive any response.
I am very disappointed and don't want other people to fall prey for these online traps.
Please make sure of the the contact details of any company and read the reviews first before spending money on these websites.
