Similar to earlier submissions to this site, I have also fallen for this one.
A Google Search lead me to Esta-IE.com (a part of ESTAVisas.org.uk). I paid what I thought was $14 but ending up being billed Euro 127.15 (which I assume to be $140). I've no idea if the "certificate" I've been issued with issued is valid. Note that this company came up 3rd in the Google listing.
I shall be reporting this to my Visa Card company, to Google, and also to the Garda (Police) here in Ireland
