When Stuart Reynolds your telemarketing salesman contacted me on August 28, 2014, I was not sure he was trying to sell me anything. I thought he was representing Franklin Success as an additional support.  I was ready in my mind to start making some headway on a website which is what I understood Franklin Success was doing for me. 
  I don't have a lifetime to work out details on a website as I am a 79 year old great grandmother.  I took Stuart at his word and depending on your company to guide me and to help me get started to build a profitable at home on line business.  
I now know I was taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge and eagerness to succeed.  I didn't know Franklin Success was only a coaching company until Ignite Web Services started working with me to build a website. At one point it started to fall into place for me that the two companies were connected so I asked a coach for Franklin Success and he affirmed they do work together.  However, as far as coaching goes, I felt betrayed and needed to do a lot on my own which left me feeling helpless. I also was charged a monthly fee of $39.95 for four months for an e-library program. I was told and left with the impression I would have been getting a return on my investment by the time I was paying this fee so I was not concerned. I have been notified by several website companies that tell me the website you set up for me is a cookie cutter and Google cannot effectively process it. It (the website) needs to have some changes (or work done to it) to be effective to get my products to the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd page. I was definitely led astray by Ignite Web Services and/or Ignite Business Resource Development (whatever name you call yourselves). I want a refund of my investment.
