Guy with an Indian accent claimed his name was "John Richard" and conned my Mother (who has Alzheimer's) into giving up her credit card, my cell phone number and her email address to them. They convinced her to turn on the old pc and then procceeded to install malware on it.
Filed fraud, police report and State Attorney General office complaint.
