Tried to buy a .pdf software online thinking it's a one time payment (the website didn't mention anything about a subscription). They charged my credit card TWICE and when I called to cancel they did but charged me a THIRD time. When I called again, they wanted to access my computer remotely to "verify the software isn't being used". Of course I didn't allow access and told them to either refund or I'll file a fraudulent purchase inquiry with my bank. after offering 50% off, they gave up and issued the refund.
This company is a total scam but seems to be doing quite well as I heard a lot of CSR in the background when I called.
