I ordered the skin care and was lead to believe I only had to pay $3.95 shipping. I went into my charge acct and noticed I was charged 89.10. I called them and cancelled it through and automated call and It told me that my order had shipped on Friday July 10. When I call and talk to custmer service they told me that the samples I received was $89.10. I tried to tell her I wanted to cancel the order that went out July 10 but she told me the money was for the .5 oz I had recived. I used the samples and I could not see any difference. Thanks for any hel you can give me.
