Sales person assured computer would be working properly after tech assistance. Took credit card info with promise of fix after computer crashed. 10 minutes on phone with tech who directs me to purchase a new hard drive - she can't resolve issue. Requested refund from customer service - no go. Amex is working to block payment. This company is fraudulent. Beware!
