I was approached via telephone by Mr Adam White and it sounded great. I invested funds and they bought shares but soon requested more deposits. I invested more as the account was growing nicely and this happened another 2 times before Mr White "disappeared" as my account manager and replaced by Mr Jonathan Sinclair. A new trade was done on 11/05/2015 and when it showed reasonable profit I requested the trade be closed and some of the funds repatriated to me. 2 Days later there suddenly were "warrants" attached to these shares and it could not be sold as I was obliged to exersize my rights on these warrants. I questioned this, as my understanding of warrants is that I have a right to accept or decline warrants. I was informed in no uncertain terms that I have no choice but to deposit more funds to pay for these warrants, after which the shares and warrants will be sold and the needed funds repatriated. I called the office number in an attempt to speak to some senior person to assist in resolving this matter. I was not allowed to talk to anybody, the receptionist checked my profile and informed me that the only person I am entitled to speak to was Mr Sinclair who would call me back. Couple of hours later he called and was adamant that I have no choice but to deposit the funds or risk my account being frozen until such time as the outstanding balance is paid. I don't have the capital to pay for these unwanted and forced warrants and need your urgent assistance to resolve this matter. What concerns me is that they don't answer my question of who they are regulated by and deposits were made into two different accounts. Please advice. Regards Gerrie
