Call from Accredited Shipping Company came through on a company phone. Caller Joyce #158, stated a gift card had not been used. In order to claim the gift card for monetary value, other gifts, etc., she would transfer the call to another party. The party who came on the phone, Grace, was Joyce with a new identity. When I mentioned that Grace sounded exactly like Joyce, she said 'No' and continued with her script. She wanted authorization to transfer the call, when I said 'No', she hung up. Beware.
