I was led to believe that by creating another lien on the property this would delay the lender and will allow us time to negotiate with the bank for a modification or ultimately a short sale. I cannot get them to release the lien or any documents and the people at Trustee Sale Stoppers who was the company that offered the services has vanished. No one can be found along with a Carlos Velasquez who is the Trustor on the deed of trust.
A Sean Parsi was the contact person at Sale Stoppers who operated out of 13437 Ventura Blvd, #213, Sherman Oaks
