ON 6/1/2015 I WAS SEARCHING FOR hp DRIVER UPDATES. I AGREED TO PAY DRIVER SUPPORT A SUM OF $29.97 FOR AN UPDATE FOR MY HPJ4680 WHICH I WAS TRYING TO CONNECT TO MY HPPAVILLION SLIMLINE. THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AND WHEN I AS RECONNECTED, IT APPEARS THEY HAD MOVED ME TO TECH.UPDATE.COM.
THIS PERSON PROCEEDED TO LOSE MY INTERNET CONNECTABILITY AND ASKED FOR $300 WHICH I OBJECTED TO, SO HE LOWERED IT TO $200. I HAD TO BRING IN A CONSULTANT WHO FOUND THE UPDATE BUT COULD NOT LOAD IT ON MY MACHINE. ON 6/1/2015 AND 6/2/2015 I GOT CHARGES OF $29.97 AND $249.00 ON MY MASTER CHARGE BILL.I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY POSITIVE RESULTS FROM EITHER COMPANY AND FEEL A REFUND IS IN ORDER.
