I had an issue contacting this company about my order, I went to their web page and it list their address and phone number. I called repeatedly, no one answer although you do get a recording asking you to leave your phone number. Then I put the address into Google earth to find their address is a Ritas Water Ice. I also found another address and that one was a apartment complex.I paid My order via Pay Pal and filed a scam dispute with the above info and was refunded. Stay away from this company I only live 5 miles from Feasterville and the pictures they have on their web page are NOT REAL, no factory no workers as pictured.
