Placed an order on October 6, 2013 for 15 candelabra bulbs for my chandler. I received an order confirmation number the same day. Went to their website to enter the order number to see when to expect it and the order said it was invalid. I immediately contacted the customer service through email asking if they really had my order and got a response saying that if I haven't received my order yet she would send another at no charge. I responded back asking her to answer me if she had a ship date. Still have not gotten a response and when you call it goes straight to voice mail. I've emailed again asking for a refund especially when seeing all the other complaints on here. We will see how this ends but doesn't look good.. Buyer beware!
