Signed up for 2 year contract. Was sent an email saying it was expiring after 1 year. Called and talked with someone that I could barely understand. He took remote control of my PC. Then told me yes, it was a 1 year contract. I argued. I gave up...he was so hard to understand...the conversation was hard to follow. Then he called me on my home phone 3 days later. He was very rude almost ordering me to "go to your computer and I'll clean it up." I said that he had told me I only had a 1 year contract...he then said it was 2 years. I ended our conversation. I am so very frustrated with this company. It's also confusing that "phone support", "avangate", "cleverbridge", and "systweak" are all the same! At least, I guess they are all the same. IF I indeed have a 2 year contract (which I am positive I do), I would appreciate a refund! I tried to call them, but when you are put on hold for such a long time, it's useless.
