Called because my iphone wouldn't get emails. After a 30 min conversation with them they detected a virus was on my iPhone which can not happen. So they charged me $109 to go into settings and change it from a hotmail account to an Outlook account. Than I caught them in my company computer just typing in c://tree which shows a much of stuff in CMD and at the end the type in WARNING: IPhone>Infected virus>Install SSL. After they fixed the email address they ran another scan and it said SSL installed. They never installed anything so I asked them how they fixed the virus and he transfered me back to the first guy I talked to. Than that guy wasn't sure what the technician did but said "the phone is fixed correct?" And hung up. FRAUD
