I clicked on a link for an advertisement on the internet back in April 2015 to try a free trial offer for these 2 items ( Revitlizing Antiaging Skin Care and Eqinox Day and Night Serum ) the offer was $ 4.95 for shipping and handling per item and I thought that was all there was to it because no where did it say I would be charged more later! Matter of fact after I agreed to pay the $4.95 it redirected me to another page and couldn't even find it again as the ads kept changing. I received the products and there was no paperwork at all in the boxes, no receipt, no packing slip, nothing at all else in the box. Then in a couple of weeks I was charged $99.00 for the product. I called and cancelled the product and asked for a refund and thought they were sending me boxes to return the items. However no boxes ever came but I was told that my account had been cancelled and I wouldn't receive any further shipments or charges. And then in June 2015 I was charged again this time for $ 74.40 when I contacted the company again they said that even if I returned the product that I would not receive a refund since it was after the 30 day free trial!!!! So in total I was charged $ 183.30 and had I known the cost was going to be more than $ 4.95 I never would've ordered it. This is a scam if I ever seen one. I have never had a business refuse to issue a refund if the product was returned they told me that all the terms were on the website but they were not and as soon as you agree to the $ 4.95 shipping charge you are redirected to another website and so you receive no receipt or any paperwork that even tells you that you will be charged $173.40 especially the second charge of $74.40 after the $ 99.00 first charge. these are very tricky scam artists and would not recommend anyone to do business with this company or they will rob you blind!!!!!So now I'm stuck with tiny sample bottles that cost me almost $200.00 and it doesn't even work!!!
If I was rich I would take them to court (if I could even find the company)and I would fight them to the bitter end to just prove a point but I'm not rich I'm on a fixed income and and hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else!!
Upon looking into the product I've found many many reports of this happening to other people. They should be fined and forced to pay back anyone that has ever ordered their product and then they should be shut down so that they can't scam anyone else!!!!
