i got a phone call saying my computer had been hacked by black shades and they were gonna clean it all up for me and they would only charge me once for lifetime protection that they were a windows contractor and if i didnt do it they would shut my whole computer down so i fell for it i have not paid yet and i tried to contact them to let them know that i know its a scam and havent heard back i called my card to let them know not to charge my account
