They called me three times saying that my computer was spreading a virus and that it would crash within a short period of time if I didn't get the viruses removed. I was told I was given lifetime coverage of protections for $122.22. I got the impression that they were subcontracted by Microsoft. If I canceled my VISA card I would be charged $200.00 and my computer would crash without the service. What can I do?
