I’ll keep this brief. I sold my phone to them under the impression that I would get something near $240 as per their original quote. Just this weekend I received $147 on my PayPal from them. Other than some scratches, there was no problems with my phone whatsoever. I never dropped it. It only had scratches from my plugging the earphones and charger. I never ‘mishandled’ it. I called them up and their representative told me it was out of her hands as the offer was based on market fluctuation or something. I wouldn’t let up and eventually the rep said they’d send another $36, but in a way that I should’ve been grateful. Are you kidding me?? Never doing business with this company again. Stay away.
