SCAM -- do NOT use these people!!! Their online quote based on very concrete specifics was $119 for an iPad 2 64G with cracked screen. After waiting for about a month for the mailer, I sent it in and they emailed me back saying they would give me $96. NOT GOOD - DO NOT USE cashforiphones
